How to get more exposure on QuantumListing for Buildout users

You’ve taken a great first step in syndicating your listings from Buildout to QuantumListing. Now, we want to make sure we help you and your listings be on our site. 

This means we want both your profile and your listings to look their best and get as many views as possible.

Check out the list below for a few easy ways to give your listings the exposure they deserve: 

1. Promote your Listings

For just $2.50/week or $7.50/month, you can choose listings to show up at the top of your market’s search results. Did you know about 90% of people do not click beyond the first page of search results (according to Moz)? At QuantumListing, we want your listings not only to be seen but to stand out. 

2. Promote your Brand

Similarly, you can promote your personal brand to the top of your market. With QuantumListing Brand Promotion, you can place an ad that will sit at the top of your market’s search page. Once a user clicks on your ad, it will bring them to your QuantumListing profile with all of your listings.

3. Advertise on Google

Another great feature is our Google Adwords network. You will get 20,000+ views of your listing for every $25 you spend. This is a great way to get your listing in front of your potential customers on the websites that they are already searching.

Thanks to machine learning, the Google Display Network helps your listing find the right customer instead of your customer having to search extensively for the listing. 

4. Enhance your Profile

When it comes to search engine optimization, content is important. This is why you want to add as much information as possible to your QuantumListing profile. Each piece of information that you add gives search engines more content to index in order for your profile to show up higher in search results. When an internet searcher clicks the link to your profile, they get to see all of your listings in addition to the information you provide about yourself, such as your bio, profile picture and business social media links.

5. Send an email Blast

QuantumListing also has an e-blast tool to send an email to your own proprietary email list. We are also sending out email blasts to our State network lists to give your listings more exposure. Not only is this an easy way to get your listings in front of more eyes quickly, it’s also a great way to mix up your distribution list to get in front of different people.

6. Make sure your listing images syndicate

Make sure that your listing images have syndicated properly from Buildout. If not, edit your listings on Buildout to make sure the boxes are checked off for syndication. You also want to make sure you add as many pictures as possible and ensure that these photos are high quality. 

7. Share your profile to Social Media

 QuantumListing makes it easy for you to share your profile and listings to all social media sites. You can do this with just a few clicks. Social media sites like LinkedIn have the biggest network of commercial real estate professionals. You can then use hashtags to target your leads. Who knows, your potential buyer might already be in your network browsing your news feed!

8. Post in your State’s Group Chat

Our chat feature allows you to network with other commercial real estate professionals in an instant messenger fashion. You can do this in either one-on-one chats or group chats within your market. In these groups, you can post what you have for sale or lease and get in touch with your future buyer.

10. Bonus Tip for Marketing Directors

You can also set up a Network in order to see all of your agents’ listings with one log in. Company Networks are a great way to check out your listings (including making sure that the images are syndicating). You can also use Networks to share all of your company’s listings with one link and to connect and chat with other users within your company.
