The Process is Simple

• Go to your broker profile, find the syndication tab and connect to CommercialEdge
• If you already have a Yardi account, click “Connect Account” next to Yardi Systems and enter your username and password.
• Once you’re connected, all on-market listings that are marked for syndication will immediately push to CommercialEdge’s listings sites.
• Our team verifies each lead for you, ensuring you only get quality leads.
• You can then use Featured Ads on your listings to maximize your exposure.

After you’ve taken advantage of the CommercialEdge syndication, you can also request access to additional features within the market intelligence environment to stay up-to-date with the industry. You can also access our vast database of property profiles across the country that include ownership, sales and debt information.
