Just released: 2022 DNA of #CRE survey results

The 2022 DNA of #CRE survey results are here. This year nearly 1,200 CRE professionals share their insights and best practices driving their success. Also new for this year we’ve surveyed principals, owners and tenants in addition to brokers and  marketers. No industry survey is complete without these important perspectives.

For the 7th year in a row, Buildout and theBrokerList partnered to deliver comprehensive, actionable insights from your peers on their best practices driving success in the CRE industry.

The 2022 DNA of #CRE focuses on two things: the future and best practices. Here is what you can expect to learn from each of the results about the year ahead.

Broker results

We asked brokers across the country how they manage their data, prospecting, deals, marketing, and back office. We also asked about their predictions as they relate to CRE and technology.

Here’s a snapshot of what the survey found

  • Nearly a quarter of the brokers rate the support their firms provide them ranges between fair to very poor.
  • Among 13 software and services categories, brokers plan to increase spending the most on marketing and prospecting data.
