All digital deliverables, excluding on-site shoots, will include two reworks at no additional cost to ensure client satisfaction. Additional reworks will be billed at a mutually agreed upon rate prior to executing.

Reflected turnaround times are an estimate and may vary based on location, local requirements, and overall project scope. Turnaround times are also impacted by revisions and project additions. The following is a starting benchmark:

• 360° Aerial Mapping | 24-48 hours after shoot is complete
• HD Photos & Drone | 24-48 hours after shoot is complete
• Property Marketing Video | 3 weeks
• Renderings | 10 business days
• Virtual Tours | 5 business days after capture
• Site Plans | 5 business days once design information is received

For photos, drone footage, and virtual tours, we will need an address, any specified areas or spaces to capture, and an on-site contact. If you've selected a Property Marketing Video, we will need your ideal shot list and also the call-outs of neighboring properties and metro areas you'd like to feature. If you are ordering site plans or renders we will need drawings or design files with as much detail as possible.
