The ninth annual survey, open during Q4 of 2023, captured the practices and trends in the CRE industry through the participation of 393 brokers nationwide. The collaborative effort aims to benchmark industry standards, providing professionals with a comprehensive view for comparison and self-assessment.
This year's survey focused exclusively on individuals in the roles of principal broker, managing broker, assistant broker, and/or agent. Addressing various facets of the CRE industry, the survey delved into demographics, brokerage operations, resource valuation, marketing strategies, industry prognostics, and technological advancements.
