Turn 4th of July fireworks into a powerful CRE selling point

Where did the first half of 2023 go? It’s so hard to believe it's summer and we're already celebrating the 4th of July with grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, a cold beer (or lemonade depending on your age and preference), and annual fireworks celebrations.

For creative CRE brokers, close proximity to fireworks displays provide a great opportunity to differentiate commercial real estate listings – especially where seats with clear line of sight of fireworks are in high demand. Office and multifamily properties offer a unique opportunity for entertaining clients, friends and families. Hospitality and retail properties benefit from increased traffic and can host special 4th of July events that bring in more business.

Be sure to include details about in listing materials. For example, include high-definition photos or aerial footage of the property or space set against the backdrop of an impressive burst of fireworks. Call out 4th of July fireworks display location on the map. Include foot-traffic data for the week of July 4th.

Here are ten U.S. cities with truly exceptional 4th of July fireworks displays.
